The seller of a classic car is not always willing to deliver his car (including keys and paperwork) to the purchaser as long as the purchase price has not been paid in full. On the other side, the purchaser is not willing to pay the purchase price in advance and without any guarantee that he will receive the classic car. In such cases, Classic Car Lawyer acts as Escrow Agent. The parties appoint together Classic Car Lawyer with the closing of the transaction. The Escrow Agent receives from the purchaser the purchase price and from the seller the keys, the paperwork and generally the classic car. As soon as certain previously agreed conditions are met, the Escrow Agent releases the purchase price to the seller and the classic car to the purchaser.
